Starting as a part of a university collaborative project, Memoseeds is a brand that produces plantable paper products. We focus on sustainability, mental well-being, and our purpose of making love memorable and everlasting by giving life to love!
The paper contains seeds that, when placed in a pot of soil, sprout into flowers, herbs, or vegetables. The residual paper will break down into compost fertilizer. It’s very easy to plant and grow.
With our eco-friendly, recycled, bio-degradable, and sustainable products, we are able to;

How to Plant Your Memories
Follow the instructions below to plant your Memoseeds products and watch them bloom!
Soak the paper in warm tap water.
Tear to small pieces and plant under a layer of soil.
Place somewhere sunny, and water often.
Seeds will germinate within a few weeks. Transplant if needed.

What is plantable paper?
Plantable paper is special handmade recycled paper embedded with seeds. The paper will sprout flowers or plants when it is planted in a pot of soil. Please be aware that there may be a minor difference in thickness from sheet to sheet since our paper is manufactured by hand.

What is the shelf life of the paper?
For best germination results, seed paper should be planted within 2 years. Even after that, it will continue to grow, but the germination rates will decrease. To protect the germination rates for as long as possible, store in a cool, dry environment.

What kinds of pens can be used when writing on plantable paper?
The majority of writing instruments, including ballpoint, rollerball, and calligraphy markers, work just fine on the plantable seed paper from Memoseeds. Before starting your project, test a new pen on a different piece of seed paper to verify the results.

Can I print on the paper myself? What printing methods are recommended?
Printing on seed paper using offset, ink-jet, screen, and letterpress printing techniques will yield good results.

Can the handmade envelopes be mailed?
Absolutely! Plantable paper envelopes manufactured by hand perform just as well as those made by machines.
